Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a refund within this period.
To be eligible for a refund:
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Products must be unused or only lightly tested (we understand you need to try it!).
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note:
Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns of products that are more than 25% used.
How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at support@sigmafy.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@sigmafy.com with a photo, and we’ll make it right—on us.
